Studio Launch Promotion: Professional Photo and Film services

SESSION FEE / PAYMENTS

Due to the limited slots and back to back booking, mini session fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. Your session fee includes 1 photography session, basic retouching of the selected images of your choice, hosting of the gallery on my website, and digital download of high resolution images with print release for your use.  The price of the session and number of images included depends on the individual mini session being promoted.  Additional digital images can be provided at an additional cost of €40.00 per image and multiple printing options are available at 10% discount.  

Basic retouching includes light blemish/scratch and stray hair removal, teeth whitening, softening of under eye area where necessary.  Complex retouching includes but is not limited to removal of scars and heavy blemishes, excessive tan line removal, tattoo removal, subtle face or body slimming are not included in mini-sessions but can be provided for an additional fee at the client's request.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules may change, in the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of same, your session fee may be applied to the next mini-session event (date to be determined). Please note that your session fee is otherwise non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your portrait session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session will be made to you.  

If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.  

VIEWING IMAGES

Your images will be ready to view within 3 business days after each session via a private link hosted on our archives. Once the images are uploaded, the client will have a 14 day window to make their selection. The gallery will close after 14 days.  If the client requests the images be re-hosted/re-archived after the 14 days has expired, a €25 archiving fee will be issued and the images will be re-uploaded for an additional 14 day period. Once selections have been made, your finished images will be available via email link for download along with a print release document.  The link will be available for downloading for 10 days.  The client will be responsible for downloading their images to a device for personal use.   If the client requests the images to be resent via email link, a €25 re-posting fee will be issued and the images will be resent via email link for an additional 10 day period.  After this, all sales are final.  There are no returns on files, no exceptions. 

MINI-SESSION DETAILS AND POLICIES

Our portrait sessions are scheduled back-to-back, any client that is late to their session, will lose that time from their session.  To avoid this, Clients should intend to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their session start time.  

ANPM Studios will use this time wisely and try to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame.  In family sessions, this will include entire family images, images of siblings together, and images of children individually, as long as time allows and children are willing to be photographed.  The session schedule will indicate if pets are welcome and again will be contingent on time and if the pet is willing to be photographed.  Small clothing changes only advised as time for lengthy clothing changes may eat into allocated booking time. As mini-sessions and their inclusions are offered at a discounted rate, no other offers or discounts apply, and re-shoots are not offered.  

It is the Client's responsibility that any children involved in the photography session arrive in the following condition: 

-        Healthy (free of illness, COVID negative and in no contact with COVID positive contact in over 14 days)

-        Adequately fed (Hunger = unhappy children)

-        Well rested (Fatigue = unhappy children)

-        Clean (Face, clothing, etc.). 

COPYRIGHT 

It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without written permission of ANPM Ltd.  ANPM Ltd retains all copyright.  Please note for digital sessions, you do receive a Right of Reproduction which will allow you to make prints of all digital images. Only the Client(s) named on the print release are authorised to download and print images. If sharing images on social media, the Client is kindly requested to credit the images to Abe Neihum / ANPM Studios.
 

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER

Photographing or videotaping during the session is prohibited without prior consent and agreement.
