(i) Karen Long Neck Village
Although the village is a tourist attraction in Thailand (about a 3 hour drive north of Chiang Mai), the people who live here are refugees, fleeing from violence and persecution in Burma.
The women I photographed at the market stalls were super accommodating and friendly (I took care to ask each individual for permission to take their shot).
